Admission Process

Step by Step Admission Process

Before Coming to US:

  • Contact us and apply for an I-20

    • Submit $1,000 deposit, copy of passport, proof of training fund

    • The I-20 will be mailed when payment is received

  • Student receive I-20 and Sevis number

  • Schedule an appointment with the US Embassy ($160 fee usually) and get your M-1 Visa

  • Get an I-901 Receipt before embassy visit 

    • You MUST bring this receipt to your US Embassy appointment

    • This costs $200

  • Register TSA Account and submit training application 

    • Reduces possible delays in training

    • $130 processing fee

  • Secure housing at San Antonio and come to Sky Safety to start your training!

After US Arrival:

  • Submit fingerprint to TSA for final approval

  • Submit your initial training deposit and officially start your flight training

Tuition Payment:

  • After training begins, a deposit of $5,000.00 is required at the 1st day of each month until end of the training. If account balance is below $1500 during middle of the month, another deposit of $5,000 is required. Upon completion, remaining balance in student account will be fully refunded.
